Additional Notes:

Uploading larger or multiple files

If your files are larger than 15MB—or if your project would require multiple form submissions, either email us a link to download them from your cloud drive (Google Drive, DropBox, etc.) or ask us to create a shared folder where you can upload them to us. Email: framers@mac.com with "Submission Help" in the Subject.

Accepted file types (beyond .jpg, .png, .pdf, etc.)

In addition to standard raster formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF, we also accept vector files (such as .svg and .eps) and Adobe application files (such as .ai, .psd, and .indd). If your files use custom fonts or have linked images, please collect all assets for the project into a single folder and compress them into a .zip archive before submitting. This insures nothing is missing when we open your file.

Digital Restoration & Scanning Options

For the best restoration results, we recommend scanning your original item ourselves—whether it's a photo, document, or artwork. There is no separate fee for this; scanning is included in the restoration price. If your original is valuable or you prefer not to leave it with us, we can usually complete the scan in under an hour. Bring it to us and if we can't do it while you wait in our shop, we can arrange to text you as soon as the scan is complete.  If you no longer have the original and only possess a digital copy (a scan or photo), you can upload it here or send it via cloud. We’ll review it and let you know if it’s suitable for restoration. The higher the resolution and quality of your digital image, the better the results we can achieve.
