Large Format Printing & Custom Digital Imaging

Whether for home or office, a family snapshot or a fine-art reproduction, our Graphics Specialists insure you get the best print possible from your digital file. We work with all image file types.

How it works:

First, consider the largest size (in approximate inches) you would like to have your digital image printed.

Second, upload your digital file(s) indicating your ideal print size, and which paper type you prefer (see below)

—Or—Bring your digital files to us on your phone, flash drive, CD, or DVD.

Once we have your file, our Graphics experts will examine it for pixel density, aspect ratio, contrast, and color vibrance to insure it will reproduce, giving you the clearest, brightest, most detailed print or reproduction possible.

NOTE: We can also scan photographs, flat original art, or any document up to 11x17" that you would like reproduced, enlarged, or Digitally Restored.

Paper & Canvas Options:
  • EPSON® Premium Luster: A soft semi-gloss paper for vivid, lifelike, photographic images

  • EPSON® Enhanced Matte: A matte paper that works best for reproducing documents and flat or vector-based artwork. This paper will also work well for photographs that do not require super subtlety in the darkest, blackest areas. For that, we recommend Cold Press Bright.

  • EPSON® Cold Press Bright: An acid free,100% cotton rag media with smooth satin texture. Cold Press Bright has an extremely high color gamut and black density. It is perfect for fie-art reproductions and fine-art photography requiring a wide gamut, especially in the darkest, blackest areas of the photograph.

  • EPSON® Exhibition Canvas: A high-resolution cotton-poly blend canvas for outstanding reproduction quality and durability.

Printing Specifications

We print on our 44" EPSON® 9900 Sure-Color printer using Epson’s 10-color UltraChrome® HDR ink set. Our printer uses the EPSON® MicroPiezo TFP print head, capable of producing very fine detailed, high quality prints. The prints resist fading for up to 200 years.  For maximum print life, The Framer's Workshop recommends framing all digital ink-jet prints with UV-filtering glass or acrylic, using acid free matting and backing, and do not hang the framed print where it will get direct sunlight, or in excessively humid conditions, such as in a bathroom or other damp, environment.
