This hand-signed Picasso Aquatint, Mother and Child, from Picasso's Blue Period was published in an edition of 200 in 1928 by Bernheim-Jeune, Paris. We complimented the piece with a warm, gold-hued continuous-wrap silk liner. The frame is a finished corner Concerto design for Larson-Juhl, featuring a 17th Century Dutch reverse frame with ripples, waves, and basket weave ornamentation. The frame's inner panel features exquisite key corners creating a dramatic relief effect. The warm, rich, ebonized finish is accented by a gilded 22K gold ripple pattern on the inner lip. The art is protected with Tru-Vue Museum Glass®.
