| Each year The Framer's Workshop participates in the Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay art auction and framing contest with Master of Ceremonies, Dennis Richmond of KTVU News. Local frame shops donate framing for one or two pieces of art created by clients at the center. This 2007 entry won Best of Show. We framed this lovely pastel using triple mats cut with our computerized mat cutter using multiple designs to enhance the subject. We framed the project with a Larson-Juhl Keystone style frame, and finished it off with UV glass to protect the art. |
